What data is collected
Personal data
Personal data is any information that directly or indirectly allows for the identification or identifiability of a natural person.
Dalii does not collect directly any personal data about the user
Note however that if you purchased a License Key on the Website and entered it into the software a serial number is generated and it is collected and trasmitted to the Website when needed, thus identifying you uniquely, even if indirectly.

Technical data
Dalii collects the minimum necessary technical information that the procedures mentioned in the "When and why data is collected" section require.
The data collected in these circumstances identify the software installation and/or the hardware it is installed upon; anyway, no personal user data is ever collected and transmitted to the Website.
Data collected include:
- The software version number
- The operating system version
- The operating system display language
- Information about the GPU model and driver version
- An execution stack trace in case of a software bug
When and why data is collected
Dalii collects techincal data specified above for the following procedures:
Check for the presence of updated versions of the application (either automatically or at user request)
Check for the presence of updated versions of the EULA or other important legal information (automatically)
Send crash reports to https://www.daliiapp.com server (at user request)
How data is used
The data Dalii collects and sends to the Website is used for:
- Monitoring software quality through collection and inspection of crash reports
- Offer techincal support
Data is never shared with third parties.
